One-on-one workouts combine stretching with strengthening and aim to improve cardiovascular stamina, muscle tone, flexibility, and posture. Sessions consist of exercises from Yoga, Pilates, dance training, Martial Arts training, cardio-training, cross-training and weight training. Combining exercises from these disciplines activates both large and small muscle groups working to tone and slim the body. Muscle fibers are lengthened AS they are strengthened, resulting in a sculpted, defined physique. Participants experience significant improvement in flexibility and range of motion as well as increased stability in the body's joints.
DeAnna works with you to design the best workout to meet your short-term and long-term health and fitness goals, whether they be to improve alignment, lose weight, rehab an injury, re-pattern movement behavior, or simply cultivate deeper body awareness. No equipment is necessary; however if you do have an in-home gym, she can incorporate use of this equipment into your sessions.
